    On the Scottish regions, I feel branding plays a big part. When regional rugby became the reality for the Celtic nations to compete in the Heineken Cup, we here in Ireland had a distinct advantage in that we had four ready-made provinces with their own clearly defined borders and identities. The Scots & Welsh literally had to start from scratch, trying get long-standing rivals and their fans to unite under a manufactured banner. That was always going to give us the edge, but having said all of that, you’d think we’d be seeing more bums on seats at the likes of Murrayfield & the Liberty Stadium by now.

  2. Like the show but sound is a bit echoy at times though!
